Who we are

COFFEEGO FOR SELLING PRODUCTS & SERVICES BY AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINES CO. L.L.C, Office 1101-325, Seven Tides Limited, Jebel Ali First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We run a network of self-service coffee machines across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Your name, company, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. The form also records which page you sent it from and which option you picked, so we know what you are asking about. We collect it to reply to you and discuss putting a machine in your office or building. That is the only reason. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before entering into a contract.

When you subscribe to updates

Your email address, nothing else. You can unsubscribe from any message we send.

When you simply read the site

Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica set cookies and record page views, approximate location by IP, device and browser, referring source, and interactions such as clicking a call or WhatsApp button. Yandex Metrica additionally records anonymised session replays — mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Form fields are masked in those recordings; we cannot read what you typed.

We advertise on Google. The Google tag on this site tells us which ads lead to enquiries. It may set cookies in your browser for that measurement.

When you buy a drink from one of our machines

That is not this website. Card payments at the machines are processed by Nayax, the payment terminal operator. We receive the amount, the time and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store a full card number.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not add enquiries to a marketing list. If you ask about a machine, you get a reply about a machine.
• We do not pass your contact details to other suppliers or to lead-generation networks.
• We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website.

Who else sees the data

Only the providers we need to run the site and answer you:

• Netlify — hosting and form submissions (United States).
• Google — Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement.
• Yandex — Metrica, including the session replays described above.
• Render — the service that passes a submitted form on to the two systems below.
• Telegram — we get a notification there so someone picks the enquiry up quickly.
• Bitrix24 — our CRM, where the enquiry is stored and worked on.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE; where they do, they operate under their own standard contractual protections. Nobody else gets your data unless the law requires us to hand it over.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become customers: 24 months, then deleted.
• Customer records: seven years, because UAE tax law requires it.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics, 25 months in Metrica, both anonymised.
• Session recordings: retained by Yandex Metrica for up to 15 days.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and we will do it within 30 days. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

To stop analytics before you contact us:

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on for your browser.
• Use the Yandex Metrica opt-out.
• Or block third-party cookies in your browser. The site works perfectly well without them.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), the Google advertising tag and Yandex Metrica (_ym_*), used to tell one visit from another and to measure advertising.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We will not change it quietly and backdate it.
