Not a list of districts we would like to serve. A list of the places a CoffeeGo machine is switched on this morning — and what each of them turned out to need.
If you plotted our machines on a map of Dubai you would not get an even spread, and you would not get the glamorous postcodes either. The density is in Al Quoz, Dubai Investment Park, Production City and the free zones — low-rise, industrial, spread out, and a fifteen-minute drive from the nearest decent coffee.
That is the pattern underneath the whole business. A coffee point earns its place where the alternative is inconvenient, not where the alternative is expensive. In a tower with four cafés in the podium we are competing on price and losing interest; in a warehouse office off Al Asayel Street we are competing with a kettle.
The second concentration is the newer residential communities — Dubai South, JVC, Silicon Oasis, Liwan — for exactly the same reason, one storey down. Below is where we are, and what each area turned out to want.
We install and service across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The areas below are where a machine is already running.
Towers along the canal, mostly brokerages and a car dealership. One client runs machines on three different floors of the same building — the clearest example we have that a tower is really several separate workplaces stacked on top of each other.
Professional services on the office side, plus a self-service point in a Burj Daman car park — one of the few places in Dubai where people buy coffee on the way to the car rather than on the way from it.
Our densest non-tower area: a production studio, a photo studio, a bridal atelier, a tyre service, a consultancy and a club, all within a few blocks. Warehouse-and-mezzanine workplaces where nobody is walking to a café.
Contracting and interior fit-out firms, plus a government transactions centre. Early starts, long days and genuinely nothing nearby — the area where free placement makes the most obvious sense.
A creative agency in a boutique office, a law firm, a façade engineering practice. Client-facing floors where the machine is part of how the office presents itself.
Electronics and hardware distributors. Free-zone units sit far from anything, and the walk is not a walk in July — which is why the coffee point goes in the unit, not the food court.
A network operator and interior firms. Same logic as the free zones: low-rise, spread out, no walkable alternative.
Car showrooms, a computer retailer, a property agency in a mall-side office. Customer-facing floors where someone is always waiting.
Where most of our public machines are. One residential development in Dubai South accounts for nine locations on its own; the rest are spread across JVC, JLT, Silicon Oasis, Sports City, Liwan, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan and Damac Hills 2 — tower lobbies and receptions where residents pay per cup.
A polyclinic, a veterinary clinic and a nursery in a villa. Waiting rooms and school gates rather than desks.
Property and legal offices in the towers, a developer showroom, a nursery and a contractor on site. A separate service route, same terms.
A property agency in Buhaira Tower, running two machines. Our smallest emirate by count and the one with the most room left.
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The areas listed above are where a machine is switched on today — everywhere else in those emirates is a first install, not a refusal. Same terms, same install window, same weekly service run.
Bean-to-cup machine, delivery, installation, weekly service, repairs and replacement — free in every area we operate. Ingredients from AED 1,000 a month, from AED 600 for a very small team. A socket and 1–2 m²; no plumbing, we bring the water.
Our office machines run in Business Bay, DIFC, Al Quoz, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, DAFZA, Production City, Dubai Hills, Deira, along Sheikh Zayed Road and around Al Barsha and Al Wasl. Public machines add Dubai South, JVC, JLT, Silicon Oasis, Sports City, Liwan, Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan. Outside Dubai we run in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Yes, anywhere in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The list above is where we already are, not where we are willing to go. A new area simply means the first service run is planned from scratch rather than added to an existing route.
No. Ingredients start from AED 1,000 a month regardless of location, and from AED 600 for very small teams. Delivery, installation and weekly service are free everywhere we operate.
Usually 3–5 business days across Dubai. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are the same once the visit is scheduled; the difference is the service day, not the wait.
A power socket and 1–2 m² of floor. No plumbing — we deliver bottled water on the service run. Tower lobbies and free-zone receptions usually also need building management sign-off, which we can handle with them directly.
Yes, and the model inverts: we install and service at our own cost, visitors pay per cup by card, and the building receives a fixed rent of AED 150–500 a month or a share of revenue.
Tell us your area, headcount and floor. We'll send a machine recommendation and an ingredient plan within one business day.
