Choosing an office coffee machine in Dubai.
Three questions decide the right setup: what kind of machine, how many, and how you want to pay for it.
1. Capsule, rental or free bean-to-cup?
Capsule machines are cheap to put in but expensive to run: every cup is a pre-packed pod, milk drinks need a separate frother, and the pantry fills with used capsules. Rented bean-to-cup machines grind fresh beans and make proper milk drinks, but you pay a monthly fee for the hardware on top of ingredients. 2. How many machines does your office need?
One machine comfortably serves a typical single-floor office. The limit is usually not the machine but the walk: if people have to change floors or cross a large open plan, they will stop using it. Our rule of thumb is one machine per pantry that people actually visit.

Free office coffee machine — FAQ
Is the coffee machine really free, or is it a rental?
It is free. There is no rental fee, no deposit and no purchase price. CoffeeGo keeps ownership of the machine and covers delivery, installation, maintenance, repairs and replacement. Your only cost is the monthly ingredient order from AED 1,000.
What does AED 1,000 a month actually buy?
Around 110–150 cups of bean-to-cup coffee, depending on the drink mix — beans, milk powder, chocolate, cups, lids and stirrers included. For a 15–25 person office that is roughly a cup per person per day. Larger teams simply order more.
Do my employees pay for their coffee?
No. In the office model the machine has no payment terminal. Staff, clients and visitors press a button and get their drink — your company covers ingredients, the same way it covers water and tea.
How is this different from coffee machine rental in Dubai?

Which machines do you install?
Jetinno JL24 bean-to-cup machines with a 10.1-inch touch screen and 14 drinks, and the Italian-built Necta Krea Touch. Milk drinks are made with milk powder. Offices with their own barista can have a Rocket Espresso instead, placed on the same free terms with a coffee order from AED 1,500 a month; we are an official Rocket Espresso dealer.
Does the machine need plumbing?
No. Our machines run on bottled water, so there is no plumbing, no landlord approval and no fit-out. You need 1–2 m² of floor space and one power socket.
How fast can you install?
Typically within 3–5 working days of signing across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We deliver, set up, calibrate the drinks and train whoever will refill beans.
What if the machine breaks?
We repair or replace it free of charge. Remote monitoring flags most faults before you notice them, and service visits are included.
Is there a minimum contract?
We ask for a minimum ingredient commitment of AED 1,000 a month. There is no long lock-in — if the coffee isn't working for your team, we collect the machine.
Can we have more than one machine?
Yes. Larger offices usually get one machine per pantry, and several of our clients run three or four machines across floors. Each machine is placed on the same free terms; you only pay for the ingredients it uses.
Do you install office coffee machines outside Dubai?
Yes. Our machines run in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we also serve offices in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Do the machines use fresh milk or milk powder?
Our standard machines run on milk powder: every latte and flat white comes out the same, and there is no fridge to clean or milk to expire. If fresh milk matters to your team, tell us and we will discuss the options.
