Hosting a coffee vending machine — FAQ
What does it cost me to host a CoffeeGo vending machine?
Nothing. The machine, installation, restocking, cleaning and repairs are all on CoffeeGo. You provide 1–2 m² of floor space and a power socket, and we pay you for it.
How much do I earn?
You choose: a revenue share of 10–15% of machine sales, or a fixed monthly rent of AED 100–500 depending on location and footfall. A busy lobby at 30 cups a day works out to roughly AED 10,000 a year; fixed rent is AED 1,200–6,000 a year. Think of it as a bonus on top of the amenity, not the reason to do it.
What kind of locations work best?
Anywhere people wait or pass through: office building lobbies, business centres, clinics and hospitals, gyms, residential towers, universities, car showrooms, warehouses, labour accommodation and malls. If you have 100+ people a day, it works.
How do customers pay?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on a built-in payment terminal, plus cash on selected units. A cup is about AED 10.7 on average — cheaper than any café nearby.
Who restocks and cleans the machine?
We do. Remote telemetry tells us when beans, milk or cups run low, and our route team refills and cleans on a schedule. You never touch the machine.
Does it need plumbing or fit-out?
No. Machines run on bottled water and a standard socket. No plumbing, no drainage, no construction — installation takes a couple of hours.
Can I get a micromarket instead of a coffee machine?
Yes. For higher-footfall sites we install a micromarket: bean-to-cup coffee, a snack wall and a chilled-food fridge in one branded self-service unit, on the same free-placement terms.

Can I buy a coffee vending machine from you?
We don't sell vending machines — we place and operate them for free, and pay the host. For offices and showrooms with their own barista we place Rocket Espresso machines on the same free terms (coffee from AED 1,500 a month), and as an official dealer we supply them to cafés.

How long does installation take?
Usually within 3–5 working days of agreeing the location. On the day, installation itself takes a couple of hours.
