Coffee machine rental in Dubai: what it costs in 2026

Updated September 2026 · 9 min read

Coffee machine rental in Dubai has become the default answer for offices that don't want to spend AED 15,000 on a bean-to-cup machine they'll have to service themselves. Rent instead, the pitch goes, and the machine, the maintenance and the beans all arrive as one monthly line item. That's mostly true — but the monthly figure varies by a factor of three across UAE suppliers, and a rental fee isn't always necessary at all. Here's what the market actually charges, how to read a quote before you sign, and what the same setup looks like with the rental line removed.

What coffee machine rental in Dubai costs in 2026

Across the mainstream UAE suppliers, monthly office coffee machine rental plans cluster into three bands:

TierTypical monthly rentWhat you usually get
EntryAED 450–600Compact automatic machine, basic servicing, small bean allowance
MidAED 600–1,000Bean-to-cup with milk system, scheduled service visits, larger bean package
PremiumAED 1,000–1,500+High-capacity or dual-hopper unit, priority support, specialty beans

On top of the rent you'll normally pay for ingredients — beans, milk powder or fresh milk, chocolate, cups and stirrers. That's the part most quotes gloss over, and it's usually where a "cheap" AED 450 plan quietly catches up with an expensive one.

Rent, buy, or have the machine placed free?

Renting is only one of three ways a UAE business can get coffee running. Buying puts the hardware on your balance sheet and the maintenance on your office manager. Free placement — the model CoffeeGo uses for offices — removes the rental line entirely: the machine, delivery and servicing cost AED 0, and you pay only a monthly ingredient budget from AED 1,000, with your team drinking free.

Whichever word you searched for

Rent, hire, lease, on rent, vending — in this category the words get used interchangeably, and they don't all mean the same commercial thing. Here is what each one turns into in practice.

Rent

"I want to rent a coffee machine"

You want coffee without buying equipment and without owning a maintenance problem. That is exactly what free placement gives you — minus the monthly rental line. No deposit, no 12-month hardware lock-in.

On rent

"Coffee machine on rent for my office"

A machine on rent in Dubai runs AED 450–1,500 a month before ingredients. Ours arrives on the same terms a rental would — delivered, installed, serviced, replaced if it fails — with the monthly machine charge set to zero.

Automatic

"Automatic coffee machine rental"

Every machine we place is fully automatic: bean-to-cup, one touch, 14 drinks, grinder and milk system built in. Jetinno JL24 and Necta Krea Touch. Staff press a button; nobody has to learn to be a barista.

Vending

"Coffee vending machine"

Same hardware, different billing. In an office the company covers the coffee and staff drink free. In a lobby, gym or showroom we install a self-service coffee vending machine with a card and app terminal, and visitors pay per cup — around AED 10.7.

Lease

"Coffee machine leasing / lease-to-own"

Leasing spreads AED 4,000–25,000 over two or three years and leaves you owning a machine you then have to service and eventually replace. We keep the machine and the servicing, so there is nothing to finance.

Self-service

"Self-service coffee machine"

Bean-to-cup with one-touch drinks, so nobody needs a barista. In an office staff press a button and drink free; in a lobby, gym or clinic the same machine takes card and Apple Pay, and we pay the venue a share of sales.

On loan

"Free on loan coffee machine"

"On loan" is the UK and Gulf name for exactly what we do: the supplier keeps ownership, lends the machine free of charge and earns on the coffee. In Dubai that means AED 0 for the machine, delivery and service, and ingredients from AED 1,000 a month.

Hire

"Coffee machine hire for an event"

Short-term hire for exhibitions, launches and conferences is quoted case by case — send the dates, the venue and the cups you expect. Permanent placement in an office or a building is the free one.

Five things to check in any UAE rental quote

Whether you rent or not, these five questions separate a clean office coffee machine service in Dubai from a messy one:

What a cup should cost you

Strip out the hardware question and the maths gets simple. A good self-service cup in the UAE lands around AED 10.7 all-in — against AED 18–25 at the café downstairs. If a coffee machine rental plan in Dubai pushes your effective per-cup cost meaningfully above AED 10.7, the rent is doing the damage, not the coffee.

Everything a rental includes, at AED 0 a month

The list below is what a good UAE rental contract is supposed to cover. On free placement it is the same list, with the monthly machine charge removed.

What you pay for is the coffee: ingredients from AED 1,000 a month, or from AED 600 for a very small team. Staff drink free, with no per-cup charge and no payment terminal in the office.

Three steps. No contract for the hardware.

When renting genuinely makes sense

Rental isn't always the wrong call. It fits short-term needs — an eight-week project office, a Dubai World Trade Centre stand, a Ramadan majlis — where a supplier is carrying real risk on a machine that will be in place for weeks rather than years.

What rental doesn't fit is the ordinary case: a permanent office of 15–150 people that wants decent coffee with no fuss. There, a free-placement office coffee machine service costs less every single month, because the hardware line is simply gone.

A building or a lobby? We pay you.

If you manage a tower lobby, a coworking floor, a clinic, a gym, a showroom or a mall, the model inverts. CoffeeGo installs and runs a self-service coffee point at zero cost to you, visitors pay per cup by card or app, and the venue receives a fixed rent of AED 150–500 a month or a share of revenue. See how hosting a machine works.

What CoffeeGo installs

In offices and buildings we place the Jetinno JL24 and the Necta Krea Touch, chosen because they survive UAE duty cycles and are quick to service; offices and car showrooms with their own barista get a Rocket Espresso on the same free terms, with coffee from AED 1,500 a month. We are an official Rocket Espresso dealer. Beans come from our own roastery in Dubai, so they arrive days off the roaster rather than months. Setup takes 1–2 m² of floor space, no plumbing, and one power socket. Across the UAE we run 121 machines, 116 of them switched on today, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Coffee machine rental in Dubai — FAQ

How much does coffee machine rental cost in Dubai?

Rental suppliers in the UAE typically charge AED 450–1,500 per month for a bean-to-cup machine, plus ingredients, usually on a 12-month contract and often with a deposit. CoffeeGo does not charge a rental fee at all: the machine is placed free and you buy ingredients only, from AED 1,000 a month.

Can I rent a coffee machine from CoffeeGo?

There is nothing to rent. CoffeeGo keeps ownership of the machine and places it in your office at no charge, which is why there is no rental line, no deposit and no lease to sign. Your only commitment is a monthly ingredient order from AED 1,000, or from AED 600 for very small teams.

Is there a deposit or a minimum rental period?

No deposit and no fixed rental term. We ask for a minimum monthly ingredient commitment. If the machine is not working out for your team, we collect it — you are not locked into a 12-month hardware contract.

What is included besides the machine?

Delivery, installation, drink calibration, staff training, scheduled servicing and cleaning, repairs, spare parts and replacement if the machine fails. Remote monitoring flags most faults before you notice them. None of this is billed separately.

Do you rent automatic coffee machines, or only manual ones?

Automatic only. Every machine CoffeeGo places is a fully automatic bean-to-cup unit — integrated grinder, milk system, one-touch operation and 14 drinks. Brands are Jetinno, Necta and Rocket Espresso. There is nothing for your staff to learn and no barista to hire, which is the usual reason offices look at automatic coffee machine rental in the first place.

Is this a coffee vending machine or an office coffee machine?

The same hardware serves both. In an office, the company pays for ingredients and staff drink free — there is no payment terminal at all. In a lobby, gym, clinic or showroom, we fit the machine as a self-service coffee vending machine with a Nayax card and app terminal, visitors pay per cup at around AED 10.7, and the venue is paid rent instead of paying it.

Do you offer coffee machine leasing or lease-to-own?

No. Leasing spreads the price of the hardware over 24–36 months and leaves you owning a machine you then have to service. Free placement removes the hardware cost entirely and keeps servicing with us, so for most UAE offices it works out cheaper than any lease.

Can I hire a coffee machine for a short period or an event?

Short-term hire for exhibitions and one-off events is quoted case by case — tell us the dates, the location and the expected number of cups. Our standard offer is built around permanent placement in offices and buildings, which is where the free model applies.

We are a building or a coworking space, not an office. Do we still pay?

The other way round. For lobbies, coworking spaces, clinics, gyms, showrooms and malls, CoffeeGo installs a self-service coffee point at zero cost and pays the venue rent — a fixed AED 150–500 a month or a share of revenue. Your visitors pay per cup, around AED 10.7.

Which areas do you cover?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Installation is typically within 3–5 working days of agreeing the plan.

Does the machine need plumbing or a water line?

No. The machines run on bottled water, so there is no plumbing work, no landlord approval and no fit-out. You need 1–2 m² of floor space and one power socket.

Can I get a coffee machine on free loan in Dubai?

Yes. CoffeeGo lends offices a bean-to-cup machine free of charge: no rental fee, no deposit and no purchase. Delivery, installation, service and repairs are included, and you pay only for ingredients from AED 1,000 a month, or from AED 600 for very small teams.

How much does it cost to rent a coffee machine for an office in Dubai?

Rental suppliers typically charge AED 450–1,500 a month for the machine, plus ingredients, on a 12-month contract. With free placement the machine line is AED 0 and an office pays only for ingredients, from AED 1,000 a month.
