Sharjah offices tend to get the leftovers of Dubai coffee deals: a supplier quotes for Dubai, then adds a call-out fee or a slow service day for the drive across the border. It does not have to work that way. This guide explains how to get an office coffee machine in Sharjah: the three ways to pay for one, what coffee machine rental in Sharjah usually includes, what the office has to provide, and the service questions that matter more here than anywhere else in the UAE.
Three ways to get an office coffee machine in Sharjah
Every offer you receive, whatever it is called, fits one of three models. What separates them is who owns the machine and who pays when it stops working.
1. Buy a machine
You pay for the hardware once and then buy beans, milk powder and cleaning tablets yourself. Descaling and repairs are your job. This only works if someone in the office is willing to look after the machine, and if a week without coffee while you wait for a part is acceptable.
2. Coffee machine rental in Sharjah
A supplier installs a machine for a fixed monthly fee, and you buy ingredients on top. Across the UAE, rental fees typically run around AED 450–1,500 a month before the first cup. In Sharjah, read the contract for two extra lines: whether visits to your emirate are included or billed as call-outs, and what the response time is after a breakdown. Our coffee machine rental guide walks through these contracts clause by clause.
3. Free placement, ingredients only
The provider installs, refills and maintains a bean-to-cup machine at no charge. The office pays only for the ingredients the team uses, and staff and visitors drink for free. This is how CoffeeGo works with offices, and the terms in Sharjah are the same as in Dubai.
| Buy | Rent | Free placement | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Machine cost | Upfront purchase | Monthly fee | AED 0 |
| Ingredients | You source them | Paid on top | Your only bill |
| Service visits | You arrange them | Check if Sharjah is included | Weekly, included |
| Repairs and replacement | You pay | Depends on contract | Included |
| Best for | Very small teams | Short projects, events | Permanent offices |
What an office coffee machine in Sharjah costs each month
On free placement the ingredient budget is the whole bill. It starts from AED 1,000 a month, or from AED 600 for a very small team, and grows with headcount and the share of milk drinks. A team of ten drinking mostly black coffee and karak sits near the bottom of that range; a busy floor ordering two cappuccinos each a day lands higher. Karak is the cheap end of the menu, at no more than AED 1.5 a cup in an office. For a worked example with real headcounts, see our office coffee cost guide — the maths is the same in Sharjah.
Why service is the real question in Sharjah
Most coffee suppliers in the UAE keep their stock and technicians in Dubai. For a Sharjah office that means the price on the quote is only half the story. The other half is how often someone actually turns up. A machine that is not cleaned and refilled on schedule starts producing weak, lukewarm coffee long before it breaks, and the team stops using it.
Before you sign with anyone, ask:
- How often are cleaning and refill visits, and are they included in the price?
- How fast does a technician arrive after a breakdown?
- Is a dead machine swapped, or left waiting for parts?
- Is there a minimum term or an exit fee?
On free placement the office supplies the space and power; installation, weekly service and repairs are on the provider.
What the office needs to provide
- 1–2 m² of floor in a pantry, reception or corridor.
- A standard socket.
- No plumbing. The machine runs on bottled water, so there is nothing to agree with building management about a water line.
From site check to first cup takes 3–5 days. The machines are Jetinno JL24 and Necta Krea Touch bean-to-cup units with 14 drinks each, from espresso and flat white to karak and hot chocolate, with coffee from our own roastery in Dubai. Offices that want a café-style counter with their own barista can have a Rocket Espresso machine on the same terms, with coffee from AED 1,500 a month.
Free coffee machine for a Sharjah office: who it suits
Free placement makes most sense for permanent offices of roughly ten people or more, for client-facing floors where visitors wait, and for sites where nobody walks out for a coffee: warehouses and workshops in the industrial areas, free zone units and project offices. A team that commutes between Sharjah and Dubai also loses less time when good coffee is already in the pantry. For a team of three, a capsule machine is still the simpler answer.
CoffeeGo has 121 machines in its UAE park, with installations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we service offices across six emirates. The areas we cover page lists them, and the industries page shows which workplaces use the machines. Full office terms are on our office coffee machine page; if you manage a building lobby or a public space rather than an office, see the option for landlords, where the machine pays you rent instead.
